- Contestor
/ Contestor GT Hi Performance Bi-metal (M-42) Blade for Tight
Tolerance on Demanding Materials wherein both tool life and cutting
accuracy are important. For use on
solids/heavy wall tubing of alloy steels through stainless steel and
tool steels such as H13, D2, A2and on aerospace alloys such as,
Ti-6Al-4V, 17-4PH, Monel®, Inconel®.

Rx+
Resilient Bi-metal
(M-42) Blade Engineered to Cut Structurals, Tubing and Bundles.
Positive rake tooth profile powers through interrupted cuts and
eliminates tooth strippage. Benefits.
- Lenox
Classic Ultimate Multi-Purpose Bi-metal (M-42) Blade for
general purpose/utility cutting of most steels and non-ferrous metal.
Designed for bundled materials along with small solid materials.
- LXP
High Production Bi-metal (M-42) Blade. A specially designed positive
rake tooth profile promotes easy penetration with reduced feed force.
Large capacity gullet design provides improved chip carrying capacity
for production cutting of solids & heavy-walled tubing of
alloy, Bearing, Tool, Stainless, and carbon steels.
- Diemaster
2 Specialty Bi-metal (M-42) Blade designed for contour
cutting and utility operations where blades 1/2" (12.7mm) and narrower
are required. For best results, run at least twice as fast as carbon
steel blades. Cuts all materials, including stainless, tool steels and
other alloys which carbon steel blades are unable to cut efficiently.
- Power
Hacks Bi-Metal Hacksaw Blades, safer than solid high speed
steel blades, cut straight, and have a long blade life.

TNT
CT Carbide Tipped
Blade for Extreme Performance on Super Alloys. A specialty grade of
carbide and specially designed ground tooth form provide superior heat
and wear resistance when sawing difficult to cut materials such as
titanium, titanium alloys, Inconel®, Aerospace, nickel based
alloys, Stainless steel, high chrome alloys, Tool steels, &
other specialty steels.

Tri-Master
Carbide Tipped
Blade for Long Life on Abrasive Materials. Cuts abrasive, non-ferrous
materials: aluminum castings, fiberglass, graphite, plastics and other
non-metallic materials (Excellent for wood cutting).

Carbon Steel Blades
|
- Flex
Back
A carbon steel blade design for cutting a wide variety of materials;
non-ferrous metals: aluminum, brass, bronze, and copper as well as
abrasive materials: fiberglass, graphite, plastics. Provides excellent
fatigue life at band speeds up to 15,000 feet (4,500 meters) per
minute.
- Neo-Type
A carbon steel blade with heat treated backing which provides extra
rigidity for straighter, easier cutting. Recommended for use at band
speeds below 4,000 feet (1,200 meters) per minute. For cutting of
abrasive materials (fiberglass, graphite, plastics), non-ferrous metals
(aluminum, brass, bronze, copper), and Utility cutting of mild steels.
